Hello, I am Patricia Tisdale. Pretty things have been gathered up in my mind for quite a long time. Put together in ways that usually did not exist yet, mental photographs of pretty things were tied up into a bundles with twine. I could open them back up whenever I would like. I am finally untying some of those little packages and channeling all those into Laurel&Pine Design. More on why that name later. For myself and in my interior design business in the past, I have relied upon others to create designs that intrigue and delight me. One lofty goal that has always been hanging out with me like a friend, is to create original artwork and designs to be transferred onto many different products and media. I put a fine paint brush into my hand this January to see if I could contain myself and focus to see what might happen with that brush. Sometimes, it's hard for me to contain the whirlwind that is myself, just ask my sister. What came out of all that focus is highlighted here on this site. My original watercolor and acrylic images have been assembled to create The Holiday Collection 2023, my first ever collection.
